GENERAL

Parking is available at designated areas around the event venue. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot, as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. For more convenience, consider using public transportation or ride-sharing services.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following items are prohibited at the Atlanta Greek Picnic: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, large bags or backpacks, professional cameras, Non vetted media, outside food and drinks, and personal tents.  

Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the Atlanta Greek Picnic. However, there will be a variety of food vendors offering a range of dining options, including options for those with dietary restrictions. Multiple bars and VIP service will be available.

In case of an emergency, please locate the nearest security personnel, Atlanta Police, AGP staff wearing orange tshirts,  or visit the information booths located throughout the venue. Emergency medical services will be available on-site to assist with any health-related issues.

Yes, the Atlanta Greek Picnic is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Accessible parking spaces, restrooms, and seating areas are available. We will be able to accommodate through any VIP entrance.

No Re-entry is allowed.

Security is a top priority to ensure the safety of all attendees. Bag checks and security screenings are conducted at all entrance points by trained security personnel. We work closely with local law enforcement to maintain a secure environment throughout the event.

A lost and found station will be set up at the event. If you lose an item, please visit the lost and found or contact event staff for assistance. After the event, unclaimed items will be held for a limited time and can be claimed through our instagram under #AGPLOSTANDFOUND.

VIP ticket holders will have access to exclusive areas that may include preferred seating, private restrooms, and complimentary refreshments. Details regarding VIP amenities are available on the event website.

TICKETING

 
All tickets are non-refundable. The festival happens rain or shine. Your AGP wristband is for entry to the event, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.    


All sales are final.

 
All attendees over the age of 5 require a ticket for admission.  Babies in tow do not require a ticket. Strollers are allowed.    

No pets of any kind are allowed at AGP.

DO NOT put on or tighten your wristband until you’re ready to attend the event. Wristbands cannot be loosened or removed without damaging.

 If you need a replacement, there will be a $60 wristband replacement fee at the Wristband Help booths located outside the entrance of the event. 

Wristband replacement cannot be done in advance.
