Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 12, 2024


By purchasing tickets, registering, or attending any Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) event, you (“Attendee,” “Participant,” “Vendor,” “Sponsor”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience while protecting Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) and its stakeholders.


1. Event Admission and Ticketing

1.1 Entry Requirements:

    •    Entry to all Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events requires a valid ticket or registration.

    •    Attendees must present government-issued photo identification for age verification if requested.


By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that waiting and/or standing in line for entry, security checks, or access to event areas is a normal part of the festival experience.


  • No Refunds for Wait Times: Waiting or standing in line — regardless of duration — shall not be considered grounds for requesting or receiving a refund, partial or full.
  • No Early Departure Refunds: Leaving the event voluntarily, whether due to line wait times, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with entry speed, does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Compliance Requirement: All attendees must comply with entry procedures, security checks, and staff instructions during the admission process.



1.2 Ticket Policy:

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.


• Not attending the event does not entitle you to a refund. Purchasing a ticket is a commitment to the terms, whether or not you choose to attend.

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) reserves the right to deny entry for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with venue regulations or security procedures.


1.3 Lost/Stolen Tickets:

    •    Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.


2. Code of Conduct

2.1 Respect and Behavior:

    •    All attendees, staff, sponsors, and vendors must behave respectfully and responsibly at Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events.

    •    Discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, or violent behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.


2.2 Zero-Tolerance Policy:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) enforces a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use, underage drinking, and possession of prohibited items. Violations will result in ejection from the event and potential legal action.


2.3 Compliance:

    •    All attendees must comply with instructions from Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) staff, security personnel, and venue management. Failure to do so may result in ejection without a refund.


3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Postponements

3.1 Refund Policy:

    •    All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any reason.


3.2 Event Cancellation:

    •    If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, public emergencies, government restrictions), Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) will communicate credits and reschedule options at its sole discretion.


3.3 Rescheduling:

    •    If an event is postponed, attendees’ tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be provided unless the rescheduled date is more than 36 months from the original date.


4. Media Release and Usage

4.1 Media Rights:

    •    By attending Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events, attendees grant Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) permission to:

    •    Capture photographs, videos, and other media featuring attendees.

    •    Use this media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in perpetuity, without compensation or notice.


4.2 Opt-Out Procedure:

    •    Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) staff in writing before the event and must exit the event immediately without a refund.


5. Liability Waiver

5.1 Assumption of Risk:

    •    By attending Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events, attendees acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, theft, or property damage.


5.2 Release of Liability:

    •    Attendees agree to release Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest), its affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the event.


5.3 Medical Emergencies:

• In the event of a medical emergency, attendees authorize Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) staff, event security, or on-site medical professionals to seek appropriate medical care on their behalf. Attendees acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any medical treatment rendered and any related expenses incurred.


• Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all participants. As such, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be given for event delays, line stoppages, or denied entry resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: emergency medical situations (EMS), Fire Marshal directives, law enforcement intervention, crowd control measures, or extended vetting procedures conducted to ensure attendee safety.


6. Prohibited Items

6.1 Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited at Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events:

    •    Weapons, firearms, or explosives

    •    Illegal drugs and paraphernalia

    •    Outside alcohol or beverages (unless otherwise stated)

    •    Fireworks or flammable materials

    •    Drones, unauthorized recording equipment, and unauthorized sound systems


6.2 Security Procedures:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) security reserves the right to:

    •    Conduct bag checks and screenings upon entry.

    •    Confiscate prohibited items or deny entry to attendees who refuse security procedures.


7. Vendor and Sponsor Terms

7.1 Vendor/Sponsor Obligations:

    •    Vendors and sponsors must:

    •    Comply with all contractual obligations, including payment deadlines, booth setup times, and product guidelines.

    •    Ensure their booths or activations comply with venue and health code regulations.


7.2 Violation of Terms:

    •    Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of fees and removal from the event without compensation.


8. Alcohol Policy

8.1 Compliance with Alcohol Laws:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) enforces all state and local alcohol laws, including the legal drinking age of 21 years.


8.2 Outside Alcohol:

    •    Attendees are prohibited from bringing outside alcohol unless explicitly authorized by Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest).


8.3 Intoxication:

    •    Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.


9. Ticket Resale and Fraudulent Activity

9.1 Unauthorized Resale:

    •    Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.


9.2 Fraud Prevention:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) reserves the right to deny entry for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or fraudulent means.


10. Chargebacks, Discount codes and Payment Disputes

10.1 Jurisdiction for Disputes:

    •    All chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims must be filed within the jurisdiction of Fulton County, Georgia.

10.2 Unauthorized Chargebacks:

    •    Attendees cannot file a chargeback without first contacting Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) via text or email to express their concerns. Failure to contact us before initiating a chargeback will be considered a violation of these terms.

    •    Not attending the event is not a valid reason to file a chargeback.

    •    If an attendee files a chargeback without following this procedure, they will:

    •    Be permanently blacklisted from future Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events.

    •    Be held responsible for all legal fees, fines, penalties, and costs incurred in disputing the chargeback.

    •    Face legal action to recover any additional costs arising from the dispute.

10.3 Responsibility for Promo Code Use

  •  Any attendee who redeems, uses, or benefits from an AGP promotional code, discount code, complimentary code, sponsor code, vendor code, staff code, organization code, or any other ticket access code is responsible for ensuring that the code was authorized for their use.

  •  If an attendee uses a code that was not issued directly to them, not approved for their use, improperly shared, duplicated, restricted, expired, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid, the attendee remains financially responsible for the full applicable ticket value.

  •  AGP reserves the right to require the attendee to pay back the full ticket value, or the difference between the discounted amount and the full ticket value, even after the attendee has entered or attended the event.

  •  By redeeming any AGP code, the attendee agrees that use of the code does not release them from payment responsibility if AGP later determines the code was unauthorized, improperly shared, or not intended for their use.

  •  Failure to pay any outstanding ticket balance may result in cancellation of future tickets, denial of entry to future AGP events, removal from guest lists, and/or referral for collection or legal action where applicable.


11. Event Security and Safety

11.1 Safety Measures:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) prioritizes attendee safety and reserves the right to:

    •    Enforce crowd control measures, including temporary access restrictions or section closures.

    •    Remove individuals posing a safety threat.


11.2 Personal Property:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.


12. Parking and Transportation

12.1 Parking Liability:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or towing fees incurred at or near the event venue.


12.2 Parking Rules:

    •    Attendees must follow all posted parking rules and pay any applicable parking fees.


13. Event Changes

13.1 Modifications:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, or lineup without notice.


13.2 Communications:

    •    Attendees are responsible for staying updated with official Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) communications via social media, email, or the official event website.


14. Intellectual Property

14.1 Ownership:

    •    All logos, designs, promotional materials, and event content are the intellectual property of Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest).


14.2 Usage Restrictions:

    •    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) materials is strictly prohibited.


15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

15.1 Governing Law:

    •    All disputes related to Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) events shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

15.2 Resolution:

    •    Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.


16. Privacy Policy

16.1 Collection and Use:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) collects personal information for ticketing, communications, and promotional purposes.


16.2 Mobile Information Protection:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) does not share any mobile information with third parties. Mobile information collected is used exclusively for event communications and updates.

16.3 Data Protection:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) does not sell attendee information to third parties, except as necessary for event operations.


17. Force Majeure

17.1 Unforeseen Circumstances:

    •    Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.


18. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets or attending any Atlanta Greek Picnic (AGP Fest) event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
