Ticketing Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

a. Purchase of any ticket represents an agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions by the ticket holder ("you").b. The event organizer ("we" or "us") reserves the right to make alterations to the event program, venue, date, and time.

Purchases

a. Tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.b. All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.c. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.d. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Event Entry

a. A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry to the event.

Cancellation and Changes

a. In the event of a cancellation, instead of a refund, ticket holders will be provided a credit equivalent to the face value of the ticket, which can be used for future events or purchases. This credit will be valid for a specified duration as determined by the event organizer.b. No cash refunds will be provided for cancellations.

Conduct at the Event

a. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of event organizers.b. Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any items considered dangerous are not allowed and will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

Recording and Photography

a. Unauthorized photography, audio, and video recording is prohibited. Any recordings or pictures may be destroyed or deleted.b. By attending the event, you give consent for your likeness and voice to be included in any recording of the event without compensation.

Liability

a. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation, or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.b. We accept no responsibility for any personal property brought to the event.

Privacy

a. Personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.b. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your data may be shared with our sponsors for the purpose of recruiting, marketing, engagement before, during, and after the event, and may also be used in marketing campaigns in partnership with our sponsors.

Amendments

a. We reserve the right to revise or amend these terms without notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website.

Governing Law

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law in the State of Georgia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Georgia's courts.
